1. Activities:

(1)用不銹鋼十字螺絲在防腐木的正面與龍骨連接;

(1) Stainless steel cross screws are used to connect with the keel on the front of the anti-corrosion wood;

(2)用螺絲把龍骨固定在防腐木反面,幾塊組成拼成一個整體,既不破壞地面結構,也可自由拆卸清洗;

(2) The keel is fixed on the reverse side of the anti-corrosion wood with screws, and several pieces are assembled into a whole, which not only does not damage the ground structure, but also can be disassembled and cleaned freely;

2、固定鋪設法:用膨脹螺絲把龍骨固定在地面上,膨脹鏍絲應用尼龍材質的(抗老化比較好),鐵膨脹管應涂刷防銹漆,然后再鋪設防腐木.

2, fixed shop: try to use the expansion screws to fix the keel on the ground. The expanded yarn is made of nylon material (anti-aging is better). The iron expansion pipe should be painted with anti rust paint, and then lay up the rotten wood.

3、懸浮鋪設法,龍骨在地面找平可連接成框架/井字架結構,然后再鋪設防腐木.

3. Suspended paving, keel leveling on the ground can be connected into frame / well frame structure, and then anti-corrosion wood is paved

(1)木結構基層的處理:設計施工中應充分保持防腐木材與地面之間的空氣流通,可以更有效延長木結構基層的壽命.

(1) Treatment of wood structure base course: air circulation between anti-corrosion wood and ground shall be fully maintained during design and construction, which can more effectively prolong the service life of wood structure base course

(2)制作安裝防腐木時,防腐木之間需留0.2-1CM的縫隙(根據木材的含水率再決定縫隙大小,木材含水率超過30%時不應超過0.8CM為好)可避免雨天積水及防腐木的膨脹;

(2) When making and installing anti-corrosion wood, a gap of 0.2-1cm shall be left between the anti-corrosion wood (the gap size shall be determined according to the moisture content of wood, and it shall not exceed 0.8cm when the moisture content of wood exceeds 30%) to avoid ponding and expansion of anti-corrosion wood in rainy days;

(3)厚度大于50mm或者大于90mm的方柱為減少開裂可在背面中心位置開一道槽.

(3) For square columns with a thickness of more than 50mm or more than 90mm, a groove can be opened at the center of the back to reduce cracking

(4)五金件應用不銹鋼、熱鍍鋅或銅制的(主要避免日后生銹腐蝕,并影響連接牢度)連接安裝時請預先鉆孔,以避免防腐木開裂.

(4) The hardware shall be made of stainless steel, hot-dip galvanized or copper (mainly to avoid rust and corrosion in the future and affect the connection fastness). During installation, please drill holes in advance to avoid cracking of anti-corrosion wood

(5)盡可能使用現有尺寸及形狀,加工破損部分應涂刷防腐劑和戶外防護涂料;因防腐木本身是半成品,毛糙部分可在鋪完后等木材含水率降到20%以下,再砂光一遍,如想有更好的效果,表面清理干凈后亦可涂刷戶外防護涂料(如有顏色的保護涂料應充分攪勻).如遇陰雨天，先用塑料布蓋住,等天晴后再刷戶外保護涂料.注:涂刷后24小時之內應避免雨水.

(5) The existing size and shape shall be used as much as possible, and the damaged parts shall be painted with preservatives and outdoor protective coatings; Since the anticorrosive wood itself is a semi-finished product, the rough part can be sanded again after the wood moisture content is reduced to less than 20%. If you want to have a better effect, you can also brush the outdoor protective coating after the surface is cleaned (if there is a colored protective coating, it should be fully mixed). In case of cloudy and rainy days, cover it with plastic cloth first, and then brush the outdoor protective coating after it is sunny. Note: rain should be avoided within 24 hours after painting

(6)表面用戶外防護涂料或油基類涂料涂刷完后(只需一遍)為了達到好的效果,48小時內避免人員走動或重物移動,以免破壞防腐木面層已形成的保護膜.如想取得更優異的防臟效果,必要時面層再做兩道專用戶外清漆處理.

(6) After the surface is painted with outdoor protective coating or oil-based coating (only one time), in order to achieve good results, avoid moving people or heavy objects within 48 hours, so as not to damage the protective film formed on the anti-corrosion wood surface. If you want to achieve better anti dirt effect, the surface shall be treated with two layers of special outdoor varnish if necessary

(7)由于戶外環境下使用的特殊性,防腐木會出現裂紋、細微變形、屬正?，F象,并不影響其防腐性能和結構強度.

(7) Due to the particularity of use in outdoor environment, the anti-corrosion wood will have cracks and slight deformation, which is normal and does not affect its anti-corrosion performance and structural strength

(8)一般戶外木材防護涂料是滲透型的,在木材纖維會形成一層保護?膜,可以有效阻止水對木材的侵蝕,清潔可用一般洗滌劑來清洗,工具可用刷子.

(8) Generally, outdoor wood protective coatings are permeable. Will a layer of protection be formed in wood fibers? Membrane can effectively prevent water from eroding wood. General detergent can be used for cleaning, and brush can be used for tools

(9)1年至1.5年左右做一次維護;用專用的木材水性涂料或油性涂料涂刷即可.
