首先需要準備的材料有：

1：一般的花架都是四根柱，兩根柱橫檔（就是兩個連著柱子的橫檔，因為它連接著柱子的穩定，所以稱柱橫檔），其余在最上面的橫檔就看乙方怎么規定了（因為有的要寬點，有的要密點，當然如果你已經準備好上橫檔的擺放規格，你只能跟乙方說這是標準規格了）。

其次準備需要的工具有：

固定切割機，移動切割機，曲線鋸，角向磨光機，電鉆，鐵鉆，鐵錘（最好用鋃錘，以防在水泥地挖洞做準備），水平管，水平尺，鐵鏟，銼刀。

1：給所有木材都打磨一次，或者在木料都加工完以后再打摸也可以（目的就是保持表面光滑）。

2：先挖好規格所定范圍內的立柱洞，一般洞挖得一樣深就可以了，當然，這跟符合要求的規格來定比較規范，再者洞的寬度跟柱材的長和寬來定，比如20*20的木材做柱，那么這個洞就需要40*40，留出的空隙給罐水泥騰出一定的空間。

3：給柱子最上方鋸開一個口（這個口的作用就是放柱橫檔，這樣起到一定的穩定性），兩根兩根開一個方向的口，因為兩根柱子連一根橫檔，一根橫檔連兩個柱子。
3: Cut a hole on the top of the column (the role of this opening is to place the column rung, so as to play a certain stability), two two openings in one direction, because two columns are connected with one rail, and one rail is connected with two columns.
4：給柱橫檔畫出你所規劃上橫檔的每個位子的空隙，再給上橫檔加工，先給上橫檔畫出一個口，也就是柱橫檔的寬度，畫在上橫檔上（好比成十字型，開一個口，只是讓它們都想依在一起），再用移動切割機開口，再用銼刀把口銼平整。
4: Draw the gap of each position of the upper rail you plan for the column rung, and then process the upper rail. First, draw an opening on the upper rail, that is, the width of the column rail, and draw it on the upper rail (for example, make a cross shaped opening, just let them all want to stick together), then move the cutting machine to open the hole, and then file the mouth flat with a file.
5：一般做花架為了美觀都會在上橫檔的頭開一個彎口，這時就需要曲線劇來操作了。原理很簡單，自己琢磨一下就會懂了。

6：先給兩根立柱放好柱橫檔，再給上面疊加開好口的上橫檔，先放離柱子最近的兩個口，這樣成一個口字趨勢就可以穩定了，當然最好是給四根柱子都用木板固定住，萬事都得以穩為上，畢竟是木材，扎到身上的哪個部位都不好受。
